무언가를 잘못한 거 같은데 그 무엇이 무언지 모르겠네요...

지금 제가 사용하는 gcc 버전은 4.4.5입니다.

처음에 value의 값은 1이지만 나중에는 value의 값이 100이 되는 프로그램입니다.
